You don't need to know coffee to notice the difference

You'll never need to know what a V60 is or where the beans came from to notice that one place feels better than another. Anyone can tell. What happens is we often don't know where those places are, and we end up going back to the same one, not because it's the best fit, but because it's the one we already know.

Sometimes you want something quick, on the go. Other times you want to stay, talk, put the phone down. Both are fine. The problem is not having a way to find the right place for the moment you're in.
